Although I’m framing all of these reminders in the second person, if anything, I’m writing them for myself because I need to keep them in mind. I know my struggles inside and out but I don’t know yours. Still, I hope you find some value from this list.

- Surrounding yourself with people who love you and want the best for you is one of the most important things you can ever do for yourself
- Forgiving yourself is crucial for healing and progress
- Calm is contagious
- There are many decisions you can make that will give you a great deal of personal freedom
